One monkey holds the Old Man’s cap, as the man holds his tail. while the other monkey climbing back on the Old man from the basket that the Old man has on his back. A wonderful piece of work, all the fine details are visible easily and carved to a great detail. You can even see the Old Man’s teeth and tongue with ease. Look at the intricate carving done on the Old Man’s garments and the basket is looking as if woven, but actually carved from Ivory!
