The master carver didn’t carve the crackers but we can see the reflection on the children faces & heads. Look on the children’s eyes – like they are actually looking on the fire cracker, one of the kids put his hands on his ears in order to avoid the noise. Its really one of a kind Netsuke – this piece is carved to perfection by the master carver. He actually takes us back in time to the 17th century in Japan.
